[High-level deployment guidance]

Deployment Options

Public deployment guidance stays high level. It explains supported delivery models and when Knogin shares environment-specific material during a reviewed solution process.

Supported delivery models

The public site describes the delivery model, not the internal implementation blueprint.

Managed cloud

Knogin operates the service and manages updates, scaling, and routine platform operations.

Customer-managed environment

A customer-controlled deployment can be reviewed when regulatory, operational, or residency requirements require it.

Hybrid operating model

Some workflows can be reviewed in a split-delivery model where integration boundaries and governance remain explicit.

Sovereign or isolated review

Environment-specific review is available for programs that require sovereignty, isolation, or additional deployment scrutiny.

What the public docs cover

The public surface is intentionally limited so integrators can plan without receiving a full infrastructure blueprint.

  • The external integration contract stays stable regardless of deployment model.
  • Auth, webhook, and GraphQL transport details are documented through the public API reference.
  • Machine-readable docs remain public and canonical, even when a customer later chooses a reviewed delivery model.

What moves into reviewed delivery planning

Detailed environment material is shared only when a concrete buyer or integration program needs it.

  • Environment-specific onboarding, security package exchange, and sovereignty review.
  • Tenant isolation expectations, deployment constraints, and operational responsibilities.
  • Any materials that would expose internal architecture, deployment topology, or non-public operational controls.

Need an environment-specific review?

Use the integration guide or contact Knogin when your program needs reviewed deployment planning or buyer-specific assurance material.
